Swaddled & Shipped

Take comfort in knowing that each one of our plants are treated like family before shipped away for good. We do our very best to make sure that your purchase arrives to you in excellent condition as quickly as possible. Because of that, we try to only ship our plants two days a week – Tuesdays and Fridays. This allows us to pack up all shipments at the same time and keep track of how long the plants are safely and securely wrapped before heading out on an adventure to their new homes.

A sad at it makes us, the FDA doesn’t allow Plant Petite (and most agriculture companies) to ship plants to California or Arizona.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not happy with the condition of your order or your new plant arrives in terrible condition, please take as many pics as possible and contact us right away. We have been shipping plants around the US for many, many, many years and it is very rare that a plant doesn’t make the journey safely. We’ll gladly exchange or refund you for your purchase if you aren’t satisfied.
